Payment must be made in full before order processing.

For faster service and lower shipping costs, we recommend ordering via WhatsApp.

1.4 Warranty

All CandyFurn sofas come with a 3-year frame warranty and 1-year stitching warranty.

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase.

1.5 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is currently available within Jabodetabek.

Delivery times vary based on stock. We will notify you of estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
